What is Coupa punchout?

Coupa punchout connects your web store into your customer’s Coupa procurement platform. The buyer clicks your supplier tile in Coupa, Coupa sends your store a cXML PunchOutSetupRequest, and the buyer shops your live catalogue with their negotiated pricing. Their completed basket returns to Coupa as a requisition and runs through their normal approvals.

Approved orders come back to you as cXML purchase orders, which we drop into your store automatically. Coupa buyers expect this to be quick to enable — Coupa’s punchout site setup is simpler than most platforms, and with our ready-made integrations a Coupa connection is often live within days of receiving credentials.
