What is Coupa punchout?

Coupa punchout turns your web store into a live catalogue inside your customer’s Coupa. Instead of you maintaining a hosted catalogue file, your buyer clicks your supplier tile on the Coupa home screen and lands on your actual site — signed in, seeing their negotiated pricing and your live stock. They fill a basket as any customer would, and at checkout it travels back into Coupa as a requisition, ready for their normal approval chain.

Under the hood it is a cXML exchange — Coupa opens the session with a PunchOutSetupRequest, and your store returns the basket as a PunchOutOrderMessage, line for line with part numbers, UOMs and commodity codes. Approved orders come back as cXML purchase orders that we drop into your store automatically.
