The Challenge

Easy Dental is a private dental practice on Old Hall Street, right in the heart of Liverpool's commercial district — a stone's throw from the city's busiest offices, apartments and transport links. Led by principal dentist Dr Bogdan Banica, the practice delivers everything in-house, from routine examinations and hygiene to cosmetic dentistry, restorative work, root canal treatment and advanced dental implants — including fully guided MGUIDE surgery.

The clinical standard was already exceptional. The digital presence was not. In one of the most competitive dental markets in the UK, prospective patients searching for "dentist Liverpool", "dental implants Liverpool" or "emergency dentist Liverpool" were being captured by larger, better-marketed competitors — practices whose clinical offering didn't necessarily match Easy Dental's, but whose websites did the talking.

The practice faced the classic private-dentistry problem: brilliant care, invisible online. We crafted a distinctly high-end identity around a warm gold palette, an editorial serif typeface for headlines, generous whitespace and a calm cream-and-charcoal colour scheme. Every detail was considered — right down to a bespoke gold-tooth favicon cut from the practice logo. The result is a look that signals quality and reassurance the moment a nervous patient lands on the page, mirroring the experience they'll have in the chair.

Showcasing Real Clinical Work

Stock photography builds nothing — trust comes from seeing the real thing. So we built a genuine photographic tour of the Old Hall Street clinic and a before-and-after dental implant gallery featuring real cases, including MIS implants and fully guided MGUIDE surgery, every one planned, placed and restored in-house by Dr Banica. Both galleries open in a clean, expandable lightbox, so prospective patients can study the standard of work up close, on any device, without ever leaving the page.

Conversion-Engineered Enquiry Capture

Every element on the site has a job: turning interest into enquiries. Clear, consistently placed "Book a Consultation" calls-to-action and tap-to-call buttons follow patients naturally through their journey — present and accessible, never aggressive. A streamlined enquiry form keeps friction to a minimum, and every submission is captured and delivered to the practice team in real time through a Mailgun-powered pipeline, with full source attribution so the team knows exactly which page and channel generated each lead.

Local SEO Built to Win Liverpool

We rebuilt the site's search foundations from the ground up, targeting the city-centre terms that actually drive bookings.
