The Challenge

Balco Global, a leading manufacturer of innovative products for mental health environments in the UK, faced a significant challenge with their existing WordPress website. The site did not adequately represent their mission of creating safer spaces while aiding recovery with their Ligature Lite products. It lacked the functionality and professional appearance necessary to showcase their advanced solutions, impeding their ability to engage effectively with their audience. The outdated platform failed to offer the necessary features for customers to request product demos, access specialized training, or view detailed datasheets, leading to a suboptimal user experience.

Our Approach

To address these issues, we implemented a comprehensive redesign of Balco Global’s website using Magento. Our approach focused on several key areas:

  1. Enhanced User Interface: We developed a visually appealing and intuitive interface that effectively communicates Balco Global’s mission and the unique benefits of their Ligature Lite products.

  4. Training and Datasheets Section: A secure, login-only section was added for customers to access training materials and datasheets, enhancing the value provided to their clients and supporting continuous learning and product understanding.
