Full platform build for a National Hunt racing yard — marketing site, Stripe-powered monthly membership, members area and a yard-friendly admin panel, launched for the 2026/27 season.

01
Syd Hosie Racing came to us with no website and a big ambition: to launch the Syd Hosie Racing Club, an affordable monthly membership giving racing fans behind-the-scenes access to the yard — stable visits, gallop mornings, trainer updates and race day opportunities — for £34.99 a month.
Racehorse ownership has always felt out of reach for most people. The club was Syd's answer to that, and the website had to carry the whole idea: sell the membership, take the payments, deliver the member experience and promote the yard's training and ownership services — all in one place.
Crucially, it also had to be simple to run. This is a working racing yard, not an office. Whatever we built had to be managed day-to-day by a small team who spend their mornings on the gallops, not in front of a screen.

We designed and built the full platform from the ground up, with the yard's racing colours running through everything from the homepage to the emails members receive.

The detail mattered too: club terms and conditions, search engine optimisation with structured data so the club shows up properly in Google, a full mobile experience, and spam protection throughout.
That last one earned its keep quickly. When bot sign-ups started targeting the launch, we rebuilt registration so that no account is created until payment has actually gone through, backed by invisible reCAPTCHA protection. The junk stopped the same day — the worst a bot can do now is abandon a payment page.

sydhosieracing.com launched for the 2026/27 National Hunt season as both the yard's public face and a fully self-running membership business.

New members go from finding the club to paid-up and inside the members area in minutes. Payment, account creation, welcome email and member access all happen automatically the moment Stripe confirms the payment — there's nothing for the yard to process manually and no way for anyone to slip through without paying.
The yard runs the whole operation from its own admin panel — publishing updates from the phone between lots, managing bookings and badge allocations on race weeks, and keeping an eye on billing — while we provide ongoing support as the club grows through its first full season.
